All our classes are casual and run for one hour, there is no need to book in and we provide everything that you will need, so just wear something comfortable and show up for a class!

7:30 pm  Power Flow Yoga  ≈ Julia

Wednesday

      9:30 am  All levels Hatha Yoga ≈ Julia
      11:00 am Slow Paced Yoga ≈  Emma
      7:30 pm  All levels Hatha Yoga ≈ Julia

Thursday

9:30 am  All levels Hatha Yoga ≈ Julia

Friday

Private classes available from 8.30 am until 2.00 pm

Saturday
