Our Power Flow classes include 10 minutes of shavasana, or deep Yogic relaxation. Shavasana offers us the opportunity to fully surrender to the moment, to let go of thoughts, worries, plans, memories and even our concepts of who we are.
We allow the body to rest and the mind to ‘recharge it’s batteries’, bringing us back to everyday life with renewed focus and balance.
