power flow yoga
These classes are the original & old school Power vinyasa practice and they are dynamic and powerful, empathetic and graceful. Get ready to sweat and transform your body, mind and life!
Our Power Flow classes include 10 minutes of shavasana, or deep Yogic relaxation. Shavasana offers us the opportunity to fully surrender to the moment, to let go of thoughts, worries, plans, memories and even our concepts of who we are.
We allow the body to rest and the mind to ‘recharge it’s batteries’, bringing us back to everyday life with renewed focus and balance.
slow paced hatha yoga classes
Our Slow Paced classes are light and creative, but slower and gentler than our regular Hatha classes. Postures are generally held for longer periods, and the transitions between poses are a little slower.
The more gentle nature of this class is great for beginners, but is also wonderful for intermediate and advanced students who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper into their practice.
